Carolina Márquez Bernard is a book designer and independent design researcher based between Zurich and Barcelona. She explores design from a multidisciplinary approach that proposes new forms of human-environmental interaction. Through her practice, she reflects on new forms of ecologies, engaging with climate change as a conceptual framework for innovative and creative endeavours, instigating discussions and experimental formats of exchange by the means of design, and fostering critical thinking foregrounding concerns surrounding the global ecological crisis through unconventional modes of creation, interaction, and knowledge production.
